How SMART is your work?
No two jobs are created equal. But is this such a bad thing? In this workshop you will learn about the newly developed SMART framework, an integrative model that organises work characteristics into five key themes.
As part of the workshop, you will receive an individual feedback report outlining how your work scores on each of the SMART themes. From here, a collective problem solving approach will be taken to consider job crafting strategies and techniques to address areas of concern within your work.
