Job crafting is defined as actions that employees take to shape, mold, and redefine their jobs in order to make their job more engaging and meaningful. There are three types of job crafting techniques:
Task crafting: Job crafting through changing tasks
Relational crafting: Job crafting through changing relationships
Cognitive crafting: Job crafting through changing your perceptions
